Ok I think I figured out the tuning. First tune your guitar down to Eb standard. (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb) Then drop the big Eb down to Db, the Ab down to Gb and the little eb down to Db, It should be something like this (Db Gb Db Gb Bb Db) It sounds similar to it.
