Any location that has imposed gun restrictions sees a spike in violent crime, as criminals can still get guns, but normal people can't. C) About half of states have implemented gay marriage or equivalent, and there's a strong movement against those that would victimize the LGBT community.

You have to realize the only 2 other countries that will let you do as much as America is going to be Australia and the UK. Maybe some parts of Europe, but most Americans are frowned upon by the citizens.
