This song has a profound effect on my life. While resting on my couch back in the early 80's my mom was watching a Christian show and I really didn't care to listen being away from God and doing my own thing however, when this song was sung by Dallas Holmes that morning something inside me really listened and quietly I said Yes Lord you rose again and you will come again and take your children back. I didn't know it at that time but God was beginning a new work in my heart. Praise God!

Wow. I am swept back to my childhood when my Mom first accepted Christ as Savior and this song rang softly through the house. Happy, happy times! Praise God She is now face to face with Jesus as of last Saturday morning at 1:20 am. Had the pleasure of listening to this song during her funeral services. Precious.

funny how society judges. at one time when Dallas hit the christian scene with his music, he was ostrasized by the church because they said his music was too hard core and not in line with christianity..I find that rather interesting...God Bless you Dallas, I still listen to your heavenly music today....
