He used Mesa Boogie's ages ago, delay stuff isn't Dave Grohl, that is Chris Shifflet's guitar parts. The Proco Rat was when Pat smear wasn't with them, his noise gate is a mod in his AC30 and the phaser is again shifflet. Dave only used mesa's in his backline as well.

unlikely. First, every guitarists out there use at least a tuner. Dave used to use Vox AC30 live and with ac30 i'm pretty sure he did use the Proco Rat. He uses ac30 in the studio all the time tho. For his main live sound he is using mesa boogie. And he has delay pedal( i think EHX Memory Man) Phaser (phase 90) and definitely a noise gate.
