Devastatingly sad song. A man heartbroken and disillusioned with life, prepares to take his life and asks his deseased mother to teach him how to fly (IE: die). I considered this Rick's finest moment in songwriting.

I've been searching for this track soo long - now at last it's there... Thanks a lot for sharing it! Actually I'm no Rick Springfield fan but this song's got something - and a wonderful string arragement for sure.
