Richie Kotzen and Stevie Salas performing Shapes of Things sometime back in 2003.

This song was originally by Jeff Beck & The Yardbirds, but it was also covered by Gary Moore, who made it even more popular. Richie Kotzen also performs this particular song on most of his setlists.

This is one of the rare occasions where you can see Richie Kotzen playing bass... pretty darn decently, if I might add.

Stevie Salas tells you a nice little story of how they got together and did this gig.

Enjoy!

Not sure where the idea came from that Gary Moore made Shapes "even more popular" than Jeff Beck and the Yardbirds. Maybe in the mind of somebody who was born 20-30 years after the Yardbirds did the song, but not in reality.

Not bad for Kotzen being a guitar player, spending a lil' time with poison did'nt put him out there like I hoped it would.
