This clip embodies what is great about Richie Havens. The man had the ability to take a great song and somehow make it greater with his own arrangement. He took so many incredible songs and made them his own it's ridiculous. I still can't hear Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey" without thinking that Richie did it better. Same thing with "Here Comes The Sun". I guess if you can steal a song from the Beatles and best them then you really had it going on!
