it' s maybe time to make it clear. Popof is one of the best french DJ-Producer. He went in minimal ~2005, but yrs ago (~ 95) he was part of "Heretik". Clearly the biggest French Hardtek soundsystem in this time. His track "Serenity" IS a REMIX from El Sunset - Ricardo Tobar Not exactly a "Remix" as the mainstream define it (pasting samples and playing with them), but this is a remix. Electro is about notes and chords for sure. But it' s about textures as well xcuz my bad english. Peace !
