Several years ago a fellow showed up at the Opry and no one recognized him. He finally told them he was the one who wrote "Orange Blossom Special".Orange Blossom Special was a train which traveled from New York to Florida.

Who was that who made the whistle sound at the start? I haven't heard but two or three others who could do that in history-the rest have all used harmonicas. To be able to imitate a steam whistle is a rare talent.

being an avid listener to orange blossom special being performed by 4 violinists at the same time...i think its fantastically done...n i still search for anyone out there who can out perform them to no avail...in my humble search wide opinion..they are the best
