Rhonda had BI and Molly Cherryholmes join her for this song. I got the whole song because it's my mom's favorite Rhonda Vincent song. She did a great job.

Simply, one of the nicest songs ever... I have a recording of this from Prairie Home Companion, and it gives me goose bumps at every listening. It's a perfect delivery... A excellent example of why we love music, even a hard rocker like me... Bravo!

I know what you mean. One of my teachers was making fun of bluegrass one day in class, talking about crappy banjos and the nasely singers. He didn't know that I liked the music. So one day I let him borrow a couple cds, them being Rhonda's One Step Ahead and Mountain Heart's Force of Nature. When he gave them back he said "Amanda, I didn't know bluegrass could sound like that or a banjo could actually be in tune." That's right, I converted him. All with the help of Rhonda and MH =)

Sometimes I think most people think of Bluegrass music as just some whiny nose singers squeezin every note out of their throats in "Am". However, groups like Rhonda Vincent and Rage are just about as good as it gets in Bluegrass Music. Perhaps it's got somethin ta do with NOT havin any of that Moonshine available. Ya know...? I jest don't know anymore.
