Gosh guys huntins as good as it gets, staying a week+ out in the woods, staying up late with some buddies, laughing and having a good time, startin huge fires and cookin food over a propane stove, waking up the next mornin, loadin your guns, pilin into the truck, out there stalkin game in the fresh snow, spendin hours trekin around in the woods til you finaly find a good deer, quitely positioning yourself til you get the perfect shot, bolt goes back, forward with a small turn, then, BAM, .270 round exits the barrel and makes a clean kill. Thats living, stayin in the city your whole life is shit, but when you got a Dad or Mom who wants to teach you how to hunt, its as good a life as you can get. To all you "animal activists" who are against hunting sayin its cruel, why don't ya tag along on a hunt with an ethical hunter, youll see that we are anything BUT cruel, the animal never intentionaly suffers and an experienced hunter will make it a quick death, just watch the amount of respect we show animals, probably more than any animal activist.

Today,Sept 27 is Opening Day for Tennessee's archery deer season.Wisht I could have been in the woods this morning.There'll be other chances to arrow a deer but it's always more fun to be sitting a stand on Opening Day.
