Yes, the vocalmelody is pretty similar with NW-bye bye beatyfull, but it´s orginally from stratos song we are the future, so it´s actually tuomas holopainen who ripped it from strato!

at the beggining of the verses, the melody sounds like the "We Are The Future" from "Dreamspace - Stratovarius" and Timo Tolkki on vocals

I agree Timo Tolkki left a wonderful history of great music at Stratovarius, however this album Age of Aquarius does feel like it was Nightwish influenced.
