I miss Reuben. Seen 'em live six times.... Andy Ferris's band, 'Jetplane Landing' are another great band and very similar to Reuben. I can't wait for Jamie Lenman's next project.

Simply fantastic work. Experimentation with Nu Metal and ATDI style dissonance. Bonerific!

Because the society cannot understand meaningful lyrics. They like repetitive lyrics with beats. Sad world we live in.

Saw these guys at a pub in Derby back in about 2003 supporting Kinesis. 1 of the most fun gigs i've seen. Deserved more success than they had. Not fitting into any particular scene probably hurt their success.

I don't know man, I'm glad they kept to their musical style, but they really deserved to make real money off their talent & efforts. No doubt they have left a legacy behind in the local area but it would have been amazing for that privilege to be widespread. Jamie summed it up himself in 'Return of the Jedi'... "Underground, that's where we come from We don't wear no suits and we are not called The But chart success, that brings security You watch these brothers thinking "Why not me?""

I wouldn't say the lyrics are too light, I dunno they're at times about every day subjects but the depth and and emotion that Jamie goes into them makes his lyrics some of the most "deep" and "Heavy" I've ever heard. Jesus I mean listen to missing fingers, that scream at "must be hard for you" stupidly emotional its hard to describe!
