I agree with what you say!, but this turn around to the power ballads Kevin was right because could be radio broadcasting!, was necessary to the band has worldwide fame!, In Your Letter make me know REO Speedwagon wonderful world!, and thanks to Hi Infidelity Album!, i have 30 years listening this Amazing Biggest Band in The World! , i went to 5 REO Show in my country!, so i think Kevin done the best he can doing!, because REO Speedwagon have fans around the world! and no just in USA!...10 years ago

"Hi Infidelity" may have been REO's best selling album, but it was also a landmark album in which the band became less of a rock band and more of a pop band. While Cronin seemed to like the change in direction, I don't think Gary Richrath was as happy with the changes. IMO, REO was at their best when Cronin and Richrath were contributing equally, and for the first time Kevin's contributions were now beginning to overshadow Gary's.11 years ago
