SELF HARM happens cause of our survive mecanics, our minds detects something wrong, or very bad, then the mind trys to end it by self harm or the real end no way back, suicide, BUT beware we are not our mind, we are not the body or all the fellings and thoughts that come from it, all that its just a tool to guideness of wat we sude do or not, wat is good or not, etc...I try suicide 2 times one with 12 years old and the other with 15, was saved by family on time without losing any brain function, today im 39 and still whend im in a very low energy state and mind conflict the suicide idea its always there, but i have learn true books and wise people to deal with that on a metal way, if u put our body and mind to a good service we will go true anything, if in other hand we let the body and mind out of control to do wat they want then we can have serious problems.So my firts concern to get away from depression, low energy states and all that can make me miserble its to be aware, to every time know better who is realy me and who is my body that i need to be alive on this material world.I hade been on several religious cults, they did help me, but they did not cure me from my serious issues, wat help me more was to understand better why those things happen to me, why they stop, why they come back, and most important of all this, i have learn more, learn to love more, to be aware more off all after my down sides, after i chosse to dont suicide and to give another chace to my self i become much more better person overall, i judge people less i do understand that all as reason to be, even the most drama cenario possible.My advice if u realy are in full stress mode, MOVE, do something, even if u do something that people thing is stupid, do it any way, to be stop and do nothing its harder for anything that can help you, ask for gods help he will lesson every moment, if u dont believe god no problem at all, ask for help of something u believe, dont end your self u are very precious and full of love, u just cant see it now.Our nature is good, and only fear can change that.

Everyone has to start somewhere. It's those three days that turn into a week, and that week that turns into a month and that month that turns into a year and that year that turns into 5 and those 5 that turns into the rest of your life. I remember when I was in your position. 3 days, then starting over, then a day. Now I'm 3 1/2 months free, the longest I've gone in 5 years. Recovery is a journey, not a destination. It's not something that magically happens.
