The TMC version is an almost perfect song. I always found that "schunk" sound that repeats every couple of seconds really annoying though and it spoils the song. This version is just too weird.

Thanks to the Polish Radio Program III (Trójka) I met amazing indie music in 80s. It was really wonderful time with Piotrz Kaczkowski, Marek Niedzwiecki etc. Great music memories remained from this gray and sad era... Tak, dzieki Trójce wlasnie przezylem te szare lata...

Back in the 80s, UC Davis' radio station used to play some great goth and post punk stuff. I'd go to bed around 9pm and put them on and drift to sleep....one night after falling asleep, I woke sometime later with this song on...however, the dj had gotten the speed wrong and it was playing very slowly...I remember thinking WTF is this?
