Do not compare Celine Dion to Regine Velasquez. I'm Filipino and I love Regine, but I cant hold to make up my comments over this. I am a diehard fan of Celine Dion and I listened to her song most of the time everyday. I know most and almost of her songs. Celine is Different from Regine, and please get to think of that fact. Avoid comparing the two artist. Why would you say Celine is losing to the song? Celine has almost reached the top of her career and she has the record on history of music.

However, as compare to one another who's made best,, I guess its Regine,,, coz when we talked about the voice itself,, dig deeper into the totality of their voices... Both sing well.. But regine definitely shows she's the Diva Queen.. She sung the song effortlessly, so clear, and with versatility... She didnt sing the song as Celine did...There you will see how great Regine is... And when we talk about Celine's,,, it could be considerably an easy piece to be recopied and imitated... Unlike Regine's.... I was, and I am still trying to sing that song the way Regine did,, but I often find difficulty singing the song the way she did... And I observed she maybe the only singer whose songs are unlikely to be copied easier as the way she does... She's really the DIVA worth EMULATING! ANyways,, they two are so good,,,,

Of course Celine is the original singer and this is her song so she sings it perfectly, but don't doubt the fact that Regine did a kick ass job reaching the high notes that Celine didn't in this version. Both are very amazing and talented singers but don't compare someone's original to a cover.
