regine's technique is incomparable...Whitney was a great singer but she couldnt give justice to her own songs when she sang those live...her notes were always low key! watch it and u will see...considering that this song was originally sang by a deep & big voice, Regine was able to make her OWN version not trying to copy the original...the end note which from going to high to slowly low requires a good technique & only few singers can do that CRESCENDO & DECRESCENDO TECHNIQUE with ease!
