This lady gives no fucks whatsoever. She just does what she wants. No specific style. No specific sound. Not trying to fit in. She just goes for it.

The National Geographic was being too graphic, when all she wanted to know was the traffic!

I don't get why everyone likes her rap style songs better. Her singing is so pretty and these just seem like she's trying to rhyme and it doesn't fit or they are practices. I get the message but it seems less effort to make something like this than her other things. I also understand it's very unique but unique doesn't always mean better.

Well I have to admit it's beyond me why she went to National Geographic if she wanted to hear about the traffic

yo girl

My rhyme ain't good just yet,My brain and tongue just met,And they ain't friends, so far,My words don't travel far,They tangle in my hair,And tend to go nowhere,They go right back inside,Right past my brain and eyesInto my stomach juiceWhere they don't serve me use,All melted calories,Nutrition values. And I absorb back inThe words right through my skinThey sit there festering inside my bowelsThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of soundsThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of soundsGot a soundtrack in my mind,All the time. Kids-Screamin' from too much beat upAnd they don't even rhyme,They just stand there, on a street corner,Skin tucked inAnd meat side out and shot,And I'd like to turn them downBut there ain't no knob.Run into picket fencesNot into picket lines. All this hippie-shit for the 60'sAnd another cliche for our time. But,But a one of these days your heartWill just stop ticking,And they sorta just don't find you till your cubicle is reeking. The consonants and vowelsThe consequence of soundsThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of soundsAhh ah ah ah ahh ah ah ahDid you know that the gravedigger's stillGettin' stuck in the machineEven tough it's a whole other daydream. It's another town it's another world,Where the kids are asleep, where the loans are paidAnd the lawns are mowed.Whad'ya think'All the gravediggers were gone'Just cause one song is doneThere's always another one,Waiting right around the bend,Till this one ends,Then it beginsSqueaky clean, then it starts all over again. The weather report keeps onTossing and turning,Predicting and warning,And warning and warning of,Possibly it could be news publications and,Possibly it could be news TV stations. ThatVery same morning right next to her coffeeShe noticed some bleeding and heard hollow coughing andNational Geographic was being too graphic,When all she had wanted to know was the trafficThe worlds got a nosebleed it saidAnd we're flooding but we keep on cuttingThe trees and the forests!'And we keep on paying those freaks on the TV,Who claim they will save us but want to enslave us.And sweating like demons they scream through our speakersBut we leave the sound on 'cause silence is harder. And no one's the killer and no one's the martyrThe world that has made us can no longer contain usAnd profits are silent then rotting away 'causeThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of sounds. The consonants and vowelsThe consequence of sounds.Ah ah ah'My rhyme ain't good just yet,My brain and tongue just met,And they ain't friends, so far,My words don't travel far,They tangle in my hair,And tend to go nowhere,They grow right back inside,Right past my brain and eyesInto my stomach juiceWhere they don't serve my juice,All melted calories,Nutrition values. And I absorb back inThe words right through my skinThey sit there festering inside my bowelsThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of soundsThe consonants and vowelsThe consequence of sounds

I've always loved Regina's music (not always a fan of cursing in some of her songs, but that's just a general thing with me)...I learned about functions with the MBTI/Jung personality types and figured out I'm an INFP.... just learned that Regina is most likely an INFP as well which really explains a lot to me ahaha
