Red Like Roses

Capo in V, drop D.

Is this a fingerstyle or classical guitar arrangement? I think the latter, but I play it on my Gibson because that's the only guitar I have where I can play so high with ease. If you play this on your acoustic guitar (nylon or steel), you'd better play it without capo (sounds fine as well).

You can do anything you put your mind to. The first fingerstyle song I ever learned was Falling Into You by Mae. No teacher, just pure desire to play. You can learn anything now through the internet. I learned under Speedy West Jr. for about 2 years and just wasn't making progress. It wasn't until I stopped and gave myself musical freedom that I then started truly leaning. Give this song a shot. If it doesn't work out, at least you tried and maybe learned something from it. Good luck man.

And you'll become a better player by learing this by ear; good for you! To start you off: capo in V, drop D. And for all those other aspiring guitarists out there: music is my job, and making arrangements is one of my ways of earning a living with my job. Happy plucking!

I'm a fingerstyle player myself, and I would absolutely love these tabs. But I will never pay for tabs. Sorry your tabs are going to waste. Tabs should be free. You can't put a price on music that you didn't write. Other than that, this is probably one of the best versions on YouTube. I'll just watch the video for the next hour and tab them myself if I have to.
