It's not the same as the origional, but I wouldn't expect it to be. I like them both, I think this has a bit more emphasis on the guitars than the lyrics versus the origioal.

Its a little rough, but i wouldnt say its shit. I honestly like both versions for different reasons. Obviously Bowie sings it clearer and it is recorded clearer, being his song and all, dont knock this version though as its like...lads having a go with a song they like. Both are pretty good! :)

It has a few good songs like Snow and Tell Me Baby but the rest are either really bad or poor wannabe's of those 2. As for Readymade, only the bass line is similar to Jane's Addiction because of Flea who was in fact in Jane's Addiction for a brief stint. I don't like Frusciante (I know you will rage at this just because of your name) because when he joined the second time their music slowed down (perhaps this is because of the lack of drugs) the band was much better with Navarro.
