interesting because they've just been reunited and John is in such a different place overall. Those videos are also pretty emotional too because John is missing teeth from addiction and stuff and still recovering. Anthony can be seen kicking John in the back of the leg, and it's unclear whether it was intentional or an accident. So that's a good example of a point in the band's history where there was some pretty thick tension. You should also definitely check out the videos of John being interviewed by VPro in his house around 1994/95 when he's on heroin. It's incredibly sad and shaking to watch because he's so fucked up. And videos of the band/John being interviewed around 1998 or so are also...

Also videos from 1992 with John playing and intentionally fucking around are pretty interesting. Most videos on youtube from that tour will feature him putting very little effort into his performance, but the ones from their appearance on SNL are the most interesting. In his book, Anthony mentions their performance of "Under the Bridge" on SNL as a real breaking point for him, because of John's carelessness. But it's interesting because when they played "Stone Cole Bush" before hand...
