I scroll down the comments (as always) and found out that many of you questioning about John's arms. Even though in my opinion his arms looks really great here :) This is something that's John's said about his arms: My arms are... are pretty badly scarred. I guess people are always wondering so I might as well say that.. um.. that the way my arms got the way that they look, um... it was from abscesses, which came from shooting huge amounts of drugs. The result could have been a lot worse, so I'm happy to have the scars from a period of my life when I was living destructively, just as a... as a sign of what I've been through. And, uh... these days, I-I'm, you know, being healthy and taking care of my body is so important to me. But looking at it here, is seems like my arms have gotten better since then, so... that's nice to see.I hope it's help. Sorry about my English, still learning :)

John had to have skin grafts done in '97 or '98 supposedly from using an improper technique while intravenously using heroin and cocaine frequently during '93-'97 after leaving the band for the first time. It is such a beautiful and inspiring story that he was able to come back from this dark period of rebirth in his life to accomplish what he has and to become the amazing person he seems to be.(not meaning he wasn't already an amazing person before that time)

the term b-side actually goes back to the vinyl era...usually the a-side of the record was supposed to include the hit songs, while the b-side had the "weaker" songs...nowadays the b-side songs are songs that got left out of an album and are used as complementary material on the singles...
