i don´t understand why people think josh is the only reason why their new album has a different air. like if flea studying music would´t make any difference. Every red hot record is different and unique. i think I´m with you is amazing. studio and live

Klinghoffer is great, what makes it good is that he has played and toured with the chili peppers so he has almost experienced it all before so now he wont go mental like frusciante did the first time

@nigletgook indeed, getting tired of people saying "they're no RHCP anymore" and "john has to come back", john won't come back, he's gone and Josh is the guitarist now, get over it and give him a chance too, he's a great musician.

@adub310 I agree with you. Josh did a very good job. Red Hot Chili Peppers were amazing with Hillel and John and I am sure that they will be amazing with Josh. He is a great guitarist. IMO they doesn't sound too different from the RHCP with John Frusciante. They are but, but, at the same time, they are good old Red Hot Chili Peppers

i cant believe i never saw frusciante live :( i'm seeing them live on monday but i'm kinda depressed, knowing i never got the frusciante experience

@physXroyale The fact that our opinion of Josh is different than yours makes us not true chili pepper fans? Josh seems to be a decent player and definetly contributes something to the band but speaking for myself, I dont love what hes contributing. I have listened to Im With You about 6 or 7 times so far and then I go back and listen to Californiacation, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, By The Way etc. I dont think Josh's song writing abilities compares to Johns. Imo John is a much better song writer.
