I wonder if they're singing more about bands like Motley Crue or any other American hair bands that made it big. Because At the time Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth etc were big for a reason. Because at the time those bands were putting out really good music in my opinion that just struck a chord with everybody. Just my two cents.

yea, i agree with you, but i wish Razor and bands like them got more recognition for their efforts. Imo they wrote great riffs and really good songs. Take this song for example...those are some painfully honest lyrics. Straight up and from the heart. Really good stuff.

I always thought it was that American bands are more likely to get success than Canadian bands regardless of what they play. Supposedly the Canadian Metal scene is really good because of this because bands figure they aren't going to make it really big, so it might as well be strictly about the music. Integrity at its finest.
