It's cool to see how opinions differ: some like Metallica's original, some like this remake or whatever you call it, other like both, yet others (not present here, I suppose) dislike both, and then there is the eternal discussion about whether Metallica still rocks. Well, I don't like this song by RiB - actually, I am plowing through their songs to find some I like, but apart from the cliché(?) Oh My Goth, I have yet to find one. I love the original. @PandusBear wtf are you talking about, damage inc was made in 1986 and it's a goddamn masterpiece. You're obviously not a thrash metal fan, which is fine, but don't compare metallica nowadays to metallica back then. Besides their still a great band. @PandusBear yes i completely agree, metallica these days sucks. james sounds like fucking weird al, lars cant play like he used to, kirk does the same descending lick and bend on the 22nd fret on every single solo, and rob... i just hate him. he doesnt fit at all. i listen to a lot of different music, such as beatles, grateful dead, slayer, primus, megadeth, steve vai, bb king, and eric clapton. i really dont like modern music.13 years ago

Hey, every ones entitled to their opinion and musical preference. No I don't think you're a horrible person. But your gonna have to expect to see some verbal retaliation when you tell others how bad it is, as if your stating a fact not opinion. This isn't techno however, electronica is used in fusion with metal counterparts. Many call it gothic industrial. In my opinion, Metallica can suck my left testicle until it bleeds but that's me. no but seriously.. this is my absolute FAVORITE song when its by metallica, this version is just ass. i listened to this whole thing twice to see maybe i could get a better feel for it but it sucks! i couldnt even tell it was damage inc at some points, not to mention when they say damage incorporated is screaming. the singer just sounds whiney the whole time. PLUS theres no solo that is a great solo i might add. im sorry if you think im a horrible person for saying this but its just how i think.Related Videos
