Ray's latest and sadly last CD will be released on April 15th. Amazon is taking pre-orders for it. Beautiful songs, most he's never recorded before. He recording in early 2013.

The only other singer I've heard sing this song was Ray Charles, it is great hear two of my favorite singers do this song in their style. Both are excellent versions.

You know Facebook has a Ray Price fan page don't you? Sometimes someone will post something I've never heard before and I'm off on the hunt for it. LOL Glad you enjoyed the video. I thought this one should have been a bigger hit than it was. From what I've seen it was only recorded on a 45 record. Jeri

Yes, this is my favorite video of Ray. He was at the top of his form here. I had never heard before stumbling across the video. Hope to see him either in August in Mt. Pleasant or in May in Vegas. I have tickets to see Merle Haggard on Feb 28 so I hope he's well by then and out of the hospital.

Ray can do this with every song, even today. He turns 86 on January 12. One of the best. Can't wait to see him in concert in May.

I have to agree with you libbyrose. I'm tracking down some of his long lost songs and there's so many different versions of a song he did that it's really totally awesome. Right now I'm trolling through 33 1/3 vinyl records.

Awesome artist, we all need to make his golden years really golden and let him go out with a bang. After seeing him for the first time on 8/27/11 (but a fan since I was a little kid), I know he could still sing this song and do it justice. I would love for him to bring it back and make another number 1 hit with it, which should have happened when he recorded it when it when it came out of the 45 record.

I agree that every tune Ray Pice ever sang is a treasure.I keep searching for some of his more obscure recordings and this is one I had never heard before.I love the man and his music and we need to appreciate all he has done for country music. There will never be another Ray Price.
