Definitely don't sound as good as they did 30 years ago, but still good on the whole. I guess most vocalists aren't as fortunate as Rob Halford or Ronnie James Dio as far as being able to hang onto their singing voices into age 50+, but that being the case, go look at a recent Def Leppard concert if you want an idea of a singer that's really lost it.

Ratt sounds nothing like DL. They were doing their own thing. Warren can play the pants off any DL player past or present. Ratt themselves were cloned by many. One band wanting success doesn't mean their copying another. Ratt found success through great music that sounds only like Ratt.

Actually Def Leppard was the beginning of the rock age, Ratt is nothing more than a clone, trying to copy Def Leppard success after Pyromania came out. Don't get me wrong I liked Ratt them then, and I like them now, Warren D'martini is an awesome guitar player. But it is what it is.

I seen these guys in the summer of "84", just before the start of my senior year in high school...they opened for billy squirr. The next year they headlined and bon jovi opened for them. Those were the good ole days for sure.....
