I'm going to comment on this song every day for the rest of my life, just because it's been a while since i've seriously listened to RATM, but they are truly the reason to my existence. Also because this song is just so fucking badass, it has every element of RATM, and music in general, created perfectly within the song.

I hope that jadestorm didn't say something ignorant, but for peace's sake I want to clarify a point. Mexican-not a race, is a nationality. Chicano- nickname for a 1st generation Mexican born in the U.S. Mexican pride is = to you saying American pride, unless American is a race, which would make everyone from Alaska to Argentina AMERICAN. In order for a person from Mexican decent to make a racist claim, they would have to say: "Mestizo" Pride= White(Spanish) +Native American+African(Slaves).

Change "racism" to "tribalism" and you can include "class" and "religion" and "gender" and all functions within society that divide. But please note, when we observe evolution and it's mechanics...it's unclear if division in and of itself is a bad thing. But with that said, when it rains, one can open an umbrella or climb a large metal structure. Perhaps there are vastly varying degrees of how "division" ought be sorted.
