Malcolm Rockwell writes "In 1942, Sol made a 12-minute fill short called Musical Momemnts with Sol Hoopii, which was shown primarily at Christian Bible Schools. Produced by the C.O. Baptista Film Mission, it was billed as "testimonies and musical selection played by the Hawaiian guiatarist Sol Hoopii" and featured Sol and accompanist Phil Kerr on piano.
