Anthony Forté, better known by his stage name Rappin' 4-Tay (born March 2, 1968) is an American rapper from the Fillmore District of San Francisco, California.

4-Tay made his debut on the Too Short album Life Is...Too Short, right after high school. Later he was convicted on drug charges and served 10 months in prison.

Upon his release from prison he released his debut album Rappin' 4-Tay Is Back in 1991, and followed up in 1994 with Don't Fight the Feelin', which included the hits "Playaz Club" (which sampled the song "Private Number" by William Bell and Judy Clay and hit #36 on the Billboard Hot 100), the "Dank Season" featuring Seff Tha Gaffla and "I'll Be Around" (which hit #39 on the Billboard Hot 100).

Rappin' 4-Tay's mainstream success has been scarce since then, but he was featured in 2Pac's All Eyez on Me album on the track "Only God Can Judge Me" in 1996 and Master P's West Coast Bad Boyz II compilation in 1997. 4-Tay was also an original member of Bay Area supergroup T.W.D.Y. in 1999.

In 2003 Rappin' 4-Tay released the album Gangsta Gumbo with the single "Burning, Burning", followed up by the album That's What You Thought in 2007.

Bohemia Afterdark launched on TVs in 1982 and operated in Phoenix, AZ, but early history is unknown until 1990 when they moved to Portland, Oregon. In 1992 they began airing on KPDX Portland and then they move to KWBP in 1994. In 1995 they began airing on 22 Network One affiliates. In 1997 Network One shut down and the service moved to KOIN and in 2001, the service moved back to Phoenix, airing on KASW, then in 2002, moved to KPHO-TV. In 2003 they got their own station, KPHE-LP, at the time broadcasting on channel 19 in Mesa, Arizona, and changed their name to Bohemia Visual Music. KPHE moved to channel 44 in Phoenix in 2005.[2] Bohemia Visual Music changed their name to 24-7 Videos for a few months from mid-2005 to early-2006, then reverted to Bohemia Visual Music.

back in the day when rappers could rap their hearts out speaking from their bottom of their hearts, rapping about the problems they see around and educating the listeners, telling a story from another perspective without having to worry to get played on the radio or not, back when music labels werent partially owned by the government, theres no space for truth in nowadays music-world and dont you dare to blame all these new rappers alone, all they did was sell their ass for money, you better blame all these business men being multi billionairs striving for more billions and they set the rules what to be said on the radio and what not, thats why nowadays music is all about getting drunk, spend money, do parties and get fked, in other words: "be happy and stfu- (but keep giving us your money)"god damn greedy motherfucking hypocrits.

Ain't that the truth? All this BS and hoops they have you jumping through, they won't subject themselves to this crap though, even though they awarded it to me in court and this whole cycle is corrupt and impossible to get out of because of the meetings fines and restitution that they expect for letting you out early which in fact sets you up to fail and your back in prison, where you got some rent a cop on your dick cause he's on a power trip, its pathetic on their part as so called upstanding citizens

I hope it's not true, but I remember reading about 4tay becoming a crack head and sleeping rough. Does anyone know if this is true or just some random made up story? I'm hoping it's the latter.
