Uillean pipes have a great resemblance with the pipes you hear/see in this video, but to me the sound is different in this video. Indeed, one has to compress air via his right arm and compress it again with the left arm to force air through the drones and flute (the last 2 terms are more what I remember when my dad still played highland-bagpipe)11 years ago
