I am a Hendrix fan. I get irritated when guitarists try to "play like" Jimi. A couple of people hold my respect, one is Robin Trower who is really doing his own thing with that beautiful Stratocaster sound. Another is SRV. Randy Hansen is another story. He has tapped the DNA of what Jimi was doing at the time. Randy is the master of the Hendrix Stratocaster. He NAILS it. What a wonderful thing to witness.
