The guitars sound how trekking along apathetically from uneventful day to uneventful day feels. That feeling then stirs up an even greater feeling of longing in me, as if I am thirsting for something outside of my ultimately pointless routine that I will never obtain. I am trapped in a one way trip to the grave. The music, not being decidedly “sad”, makes it even more painful. The instrumentation displays shades beyond direct sadness, it scores the tragedy of the journey. The trip that’s damned from the start. There is so much in the music itself that I love without even getting into the lyrical component and meaning of the song as it's written. Combined with Till's poetic lyrics delivered by his special brand of rawness and unbridled emotion, this version cements itself as the best version for me. This song moves me and I adore it. I thank you for the upload.
