Sonic syndicate is a different story because they did change their genre at some point, altogether....

I bought this album after it came out, played in very much during 2010. Probably my album of that year. Too bad they split-up. I actually was introduced to them with this album and prefer this over their other albums. As a musician myself I think this is much more interesting than screaming which so many bands already have done and still do.

thats bullshit. i supported Raintime for how they sounded. when bands change. fans leave. same thing with Sonic Syndicate. they are metal-core now. lost over half of their fans. Fans Support Bands For Their Type Of Music, Not Their Name.

This now reminds me of Machinae Supremacy and that's great compliment ;). Clean vocals + great music. Hits the soft spot in my heart and yes, I have their first 2 CDs too, but put this CD higher in the end. Just takes getting used to ;).

Flies and lies was some nice fucking death metal...i don't know what this is but it's hard for the old fans to like it...i'm soo disappointed :(
