Thank you for this song. My next door neighbor friend who was more like a brother was killed while he was giving his all. Watching the video and listening to this song helps the pain knowing Eddie was escorted home on an Angel Flight with people who cared and knowing the Towers gave Eddie's flight, permission to land first. Nothing can take away the pain of his death but this song has helped my heart. Again, thank you!

The first time I heard this I cried so hard. You see my Dad was on B-29 Big Poison II and on June 1, 1945 he was killed on a mission over Osaka, Japan and he was killed, well being loaded with bomb they went down and exploded, His body never came home. I was only 1 1/2 and never got closher, I have no flag, no body just precious memories, and I wish they could have sent him home on an angel flight,.I know they did not exist in WWII, but he is always a part of me and always will be.thank you,   Jean Brashears   Rogers, AR.,
