If you PAY ATTENTION you will realize that he's referring to Jive records trying to turn the label "CAUCASIAN"by signing him(RUGGED) Whitey Ford and ICP and then signing The Backseat Boys,'N Stink and Brittney Spears which was a far cry from the same record label that brought us all such acts as Whodini,Too $hort,Schoolly D.DJ Jazzy Jeff&The Fresh Prince, E-40, A Tribe Called Quest, KRS-One/Boogie Down Productions, and R&B acts R.Kelly and Aaliyah and Oh yeah let us not forget Flock of Seagulls!
