Anyone notice that this song is a thin rewrite of the big band era classic "And The Angels Sing"? Great track, nonetheless. R. Dean Taylor is a sadly overlooked first-rate talent despite his later big success with hits like "Indiana Wants Me" and "Gotta See Jane.".

@klm876 I MET THE DRUMMER AT A RECORD SHOW JUST A FEW DAYS AGO. He says the opening drum sound was created by slapping the sticks down on his thighs !

I remember some years ago, R Dean Taylor was interviewed on the legendary FM 108, and claimed that he still had several (unsold) copies of this record in his basement ....I wonder if he has any left,....hmmmmm
