Welcome to the world of music... not every music video strictly describes how you interpret the song. The way I see it, the video is showing aspects of lives, some bad, some good. At the start, I see a lot of happy-looking memories and then that turns into war, destruction etc. So maybe he wants to be lied to so that he doesn't have to know about all those negative things, but in the end, the truth always comes out and no one can stop that. Since when was pixelated footage a bad thing?

i don't find anything wrong with the video,simple it may be,but it's unique and who cares for paying a bunch of money for a music video! love it,and even though we all can have different meaning for a song,doesn't mean you have to completely understand the video - love it quietdrive/kevin!

I love quietdrive. this video isn't my favorite, and doesn't make sense to me. However, this song is absolutely incredible. I have a feeling this new album is going to be their best work in a while. =)

Also his lips weren't syncing at certain points. Just didn't look like a lot of care went into this. The song is so solid though, which is why it's a slight disappointment.

@SupernaturalVampEmma Let's break this down 1. The overall quality of the actual footage. At least 85% of the video is pixelated. This is probably due to the fact that the footage is ripped from the internet. 2. The images included that aren't the band seem to have nothing to actually do with the song. It seems like it was just done to be "artsy". Beautiful images with no context. 3. Only one member of the band is shown. Now, I know why, but it's still not a good representation of the band.

What's wrong with the video? It's different from their other ones... but there's nothing wrong with that! Personally, I find videos of bands just performing the song for the official video pointless... Very awesome song! :) <3
