hearing it from local people, they said it was a popular cafe/nightclub during the 90s. In the past it must have been a hotel. There are 7 floors to the building and it has an old-fashion elevator (the kind with a gate and controls used by the elevator boy). Very historic place. When I lived there it was an apartment inhabited by some crazy artists, because a big earthquake in the mid 90s destroyed the cafe.10 years ago
