"Performing more miracles very soon in 1990 and beyond." Sad that "beyond" for Freddie was just one more year

Awww, Freddie, such a gentleman and SO HAPPY in this clip.... <3 Brian and Roger usually did the talking for the rest of the group anyway, so nothing unusual here. Freddie didn't care much for the press, and Deaky wasn't a fan of interviews; both were always extremely private people, despite what you saw on stage. Their legacy was already intact by then, but Innuendo and Made In Heaven showed just how much strength Freddie still had in his heart, even though his body was failing him. When Brian approached him about the vocals on The Show Must Go On, unsure of whether he was strong enough, Freddie famously downed his vodka, and told Brian, "I'll fu€king do it, darling!" One of the best vocals he ever laid on tape, done in ONE take, and he was terminally ill, and on borrowed time, as Brian put it. Make no mistake, they were always about the music, and that's why they stayed so grounded.

И Дикон это понимал, потому и ушёл, ибо: "No Queen without Freddie". Freddie Mercury.

The good thing is Queen as a new album coming out in December starring Freddie's and Michael Jackson's vocals, and some of their unfinished work like "I Guess We're Falling Out" and "Robbery".
