I've been staring at this picture for quite a while. If you look at the colors of their faces and hands, you'll see it's the singer holding the bottle. I saw them many years ago. After KatieJane pulled off her wig to reveal total baldness, she took a teapot and smashed it on her head. She continued to sing as her face began to cover in blood, a la pro wrestling. Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's her holding the bottle.
