Don't hurt the Arcturus sound that Carl August Tidemann (ex-Arcturus) does the solos in this and one other song... And I agree that Sidshow was their weakest link... Not terribad, but not to the level of previous efforts... P.S. Love the Neonism profile pic... Great album...

Naaah, Arcturus is much less abrasive than this, particularly the ICS era. Quadrivium make me think of the Quintessence album.

Well I think it mostly sounds like Arcturus in more Black Metal, Arcturus is more progressive and less "brutal".
