I'm not 100% sure this is actually PCD. This sounds like it could be carmit singing this song. If you've heard her singing live or heard any of her solo songs this is kinda how she sounds. Except that "Woah-ooh-ooh-oh-ooh-ooh-oh-ooh-ooh-Oh!" part. That doesn't sound like her to me but who knows.
