What everyone doesn't know is that a lot of the songs from this time were inspired by staying up all night on acid, we thought that his voice sounded "twisted". Gene was by no means a great singer, but he did have his moments, and was certainly unique sounding.We were all out of our minds at this point in time!

I strongly agree with you. Matt needs to redo this. At least with MAtt A: it would be understandable and B: Matt would add his trademark emotional epicness to it. Hey do you think he'd encorperate his evil angry growells and high pitched screams?

I agtree! I would totally go and buy that! I wish they would have mastered this for the first album. Why did they not release this in CD form on one of their albums? Gene sings too fast to really understand what he's saying.
