The Beatles played it live with 10,000 screaming girls and equipment from the stone age of music, in a venue built for football not music. So, I think any video comparison would be difficult to make. I think if you look at the Punch Brothers and the Beatles side by side would be using the Rooftop Concert of the Beatles with the Punch Brothers 3-part Romp concert on youTube. the punch brothers are awesome. their live shows are astounding and their recordings are superb. chris is definitely worthy of his genius grant. but, c'mon, no one has ten times the talent of the beatles, so why say it? no one on that stage believes it, and it is not necessary to poor mouth the beatles to give the punch brothers their due.

OK, the most hilarious thing about this video is that when the Beatles did this song live, they sounded horrible. The Punch Brothers totally stole this song from them, as far as live performance goes. No competition.
