Noooo my friend, this is the good pop-rock! nothing like Simple Plan or Green Day, this has presence and this has substance! Marty's album sounded incredibly simple like the most generic pop-punk ever, and the singer was just plain terrible, but yeah had he not redone Tornado Of Souls in that pop-punk style there wouldn't have been that much hatred

@acex1989 Marty Friedman is amazing, but also people don't really know who he is unfortunately.

@acex1989 its because paul is more of a pop artist than marty is, he is best known for being the lead guitarist in megadeth, a lot of his fans are also megadeth fans so of course people are going to think it sucks.

Yep it's pretty annoying... Maybe because Paul is also well-known as a pop fan, more than Marty ? Or maybe just because people are a little stupid and just didn't understand Friedman...

i dont understand why when paul makes a pop-rock album it is recieved rather positively but when marty friedman released "future addict" people thought it sucked.
