I can't speak to whether they believe it or not, but it feels very tongue in cheek. For example, I hate communism but among the people I'm surrounded by who support socialism, I'm much more equipped to survive in a totalitarian regime. I might even be able to thrive in it. So I doubt they mean it as they present it, but I wouldn't dare speak for another

I study a bit of social sciences at university and just a few weeks ago I saw what the technicracy is about. Damn! believe it or not this song helped me to comprehend the way it is, the way it works. Can't wait to have a Psyborg Co.'s concert in Mexico.

This song feels like it speaks about the EU and social democracy and all of it's slave-binding features. At least the lyrics are compatible, especially considering the group is European.

Every time I listen to this track, I can't help but thing of the Mage: The Ascension table top role playing game. The lyrics perfectly describe the metaplot between the rebel Tradition mages and the reality tyrant, super static Technocratic Union. The Techs even considered themselves more scientists than magi.
