I LOVE80s music. Few Americans know about Australian 80s bands (not sure about Europeans). I was in Oz in the 80s and had a huge crush on the singer Brian. He had the pretty androgynous face, great bone structure, and long hair that women still adore, whether they admit it or not. This is maybe their best song. The great thing about the 80s was they couldn't fake it. They didn't have the high tech editing and sfx that we have today, so when an 80s song sounds good, it actually was good live… can't say that for many bands these days. Unfortunately Brian got fat and somehow turned ugly. WTF? The same thing happened to so many 80s male singers - e.g. Benjamin Orr of the Cars - same idea (better music - dig Boston bands) - androgynous face, women swooned over him, and his broad shoulders, while men didn't understand what women saw in him, unless they were gay (go gay pride)…Benjamin RIP got fat and ugly too…So sad. I want more pretty men in the world - in the streets, on the web, in movies. Enough of the pretty women, bring back pretty men and don't jeer at them!

Shared this with my mucho friends on Facebook because it is musically pertinent in so many ways if you want to talk about 80s music. I loved the New Romantic movement within the New Wave genre and Pseudo Echo was in the tops. To the naysayers... I don't get it, really don't, and I'm ready to verbally abuse with my depth of music history knowledge. But people like that are too arrogant of opinion to change, unlike me, who simply knows they are right ;P
