I like the song very much, whatever current Sephardic ears feel about that. And I think they show a lot of respect by choosing the Sepharidc tunes and remaking them in their own way - this says Sephardic music is there and is worth to be played. If I were a Sephardi Jew, I would be honoured, whatever strange the sound might feel to me. Try to see it from the bright side!12 years ago

@DerLiedmeister I must respectfully disagree. Psalteria has a distinct style of singing. I like hearing reggae versions of country songs and bluegrass versions of hip hop songs. Why not medeival Czech versions of Sephardic songs?13 years ago
